• CO2: Required (high injection levels of 30+ ppm recommended)

• Lighting: High intensity to prevent lower leaves from rotting or shedding 

Nutrition and Maintenance

• Substrate: High-quality aquarium soil or a nutrient-dense planted substrate.

• Fertilization: Consistent dosing of macro and micronutrients, plus regular iron supplementation.

• Placement: Midground or background due to a height potential of 15–50 cm (6–20 inches).

• Propagation: Trim healthy top stem cuttings (10–15 cm) and replant them straight into the substrate. Regular pruning triggers side shoots for a denser, bushier look.
